Som st\u00f8tte- og kontaktperson ydes der hj\u00e6lp til struktur i hverdagen, mestring af livsudfordringer og styrkelse af personlige og sociale kompetencer. Indsatsen kan omfatte samtaler, ledsagelse, st\u00f8tte i kontakten til myndigheder og samarbejdspartnere samt st\u00f8tte til at tr\u00e6ffe og fastholde sunde valg.
