PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT IN A SAFE SETTING

Talks and support that create calm and direction

We provide psychosocial support for individuals and local authorities, with a focus on creating a calm, trusting space and clear, practical ways forward. Sessions can take place at our office in Greater Copenhagen or by phone.

OUR APPROACH

We create safety, clarity and new ways forward

We meet people with calm, presence and respect. We provide psychosocial support for both private clients and local authorities, offering a safe space to put words to what feels difficult and take the next step. Our work strengthens self-understanding, emotional regulation and relationships, making everyday life easier to navigate.

We have experience with complex cases and targeted interventions – including social control, abuse, emotional distress, autism, integration-related challenges and support for young people at risk of offending. We also work alongside professionals and support difficult conversations with parents, offer in-home respite, and provide support towards greater independence. We draw on narrative, constructive and mentalisation-based approaches, and we tailor each intervention to the individual situation.

GET IN TOUCH

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible

We help you find the right support

It can be hard to know what kind of help makes the most sense — and where to start. We’re happy to offer a short, informal chat where we listen to your situation and help clarify needs, the right type of support and the next steps. You’re welcome to contact us as an individual, as a family, or as a professional/local authority.

Support for you and your family when things feel overwhelming

We offer counselling and psychosocial support for individuals and families who need calm, clarity and new ways to cope with what’s going on. We meet you with warmth and respect – whether you’re facing low mood, difficult experiences, family conflict or sustained pressure. Sessions can take place at our clinic in Greater Copenhagen or by phone, depending on what works best for you.

Working with local authorities and professionals

We work with local authorities and other professionals to deliver focused support where a safe relationship, clear structure and close communication are essential. We can support cases involving, for example, social control, integration, autism, sexual abuse cases, young people at risk of offending, and support for difficult conversations with parents. Where appropriate, we also contribute with in-home respite, support towards independent living, and interventions under Section 75.
