Local authorities

Targeted social care support with safety, structure and close collaboration

We provide tailored support for local authorities, with a focus on relationships, stability and practical, real-life strategies. We have experience working with cases involving safeguarding, social control, autism, UKN interventions, integration-related work and young people at risk of offending – and we work in close dialogue with local services and the wider network.

Traumeterapi

What is trauma therapy?

Trauma therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps people process and recover from psychological trauma. Trauma can arise from distressing or overwhelming experiences, such as neglect, violence, accidents, bereavement, or prolonged stress. In trauma therapy, we work gently with thoughts, emotions and the body’s reactions, so the nervous system can begin to find calm and balance again. The aim is to reduce symptoms such as anxiety, hypervigilance, flashbacks, emotional numbness or feeling out of control – and to strengthen a sense of safety, self-understanding and quality of life.

What is stress therapy?

Stress therapy is a therapeutic course designed to support people experiencing stress, overload or burnout. Stress can develop when demands and expectations over time exceed a person’s resources – in both personal life and at work. In stress therapy, we focus on understanding the causes of stress and your body’s warning signs, while helping you create a healthier balance between demands, boundaries and recovery. Through conversation, practical tools and body awareness, you’re supported in finding calm, energy and new ways forward in everyday life. The goal isn’t only symptom relief, but a more sustainable way of living and coping.

FAMILY THERAPY

What is family therapy?

Family therapy is a therapeutic course that focuses on relationships, interaction and communication within the family. When a child, young person or adult is struggling, it often affects the whole family. In family therapy, we work to build a better understanding of each other’s needs, strengthen cooperation and develop new, more helpful ways of being together. The work is rooted in the family’s strengths and aims to increase safety, wellbeing and stability in everyday life – for both children and adults.
